Pastors Perry and Kay Adkisson have been leading our church for the
past 9 years with a strong sense of purpose and direction that only comes
from the anointing of the Holy Spirit.  Both have a rich and diverse
background that  uniquely equips them for serving together in all areas of
ministry, including the leading of God's people into deep heartfelt worship.

Pastor Perry teaches and preaches both with authority and a good
amount of humor and humanity. God has used, and is using him as an
instrument of change and restoration in the lives and hearts of our
community.

Kay has committed her life and skills to serving the Lord in full-time
ministry in partnership with her husband.  She is an accomplished
teacher, and leader of children, youth and women.  Kay is Pastor to our
youth and children, but is in fact Pastor Perry's co-pastor in every way at
New Well. Together they form a loving and powerful ministry team.

They love serving God, recumbent biking, camping, reading, making
music, crafts and gardening.  They have two fine sons, Nathaniel age 17,
and Caleb age 15.

Our Pastors are genuinely "real" people with a passionate and
encouraging faith that fills hearts with hope and joy!

Some Fun FAQ's You Might Find Interesting:

Pastor Perry
- Is a Hobby Beekeeper and was once voted by his peers in
college "Most likely to succeed as a Doctor." Pastor's educational and
vocational background has been quite diverse having studied both
Theology and Music as well as holding certification in several kinds of
therapeutic bodywork. Some say he's quite the "Renaissance Man", he
just says "I think I may be a little ADHD."

Kay - Taught Public School in Texas for 10 Years and has close to a
Masters Degree in Education.  She plays Christian Rock on her mp3
player and then plays the hammered dulcimer like Rich Mullins at home.
She also can be a "Solitaire" and puzzle freak (much to her husbands
dismay). She likes nothing better than to find a trail in the forest and
never tires of going just a little bit further to see what's up ahead.
